Bio

Iryna Scarola is a Ukrainian actress based in New York City. She has appeared in both feature and short films, including Last Straw (2023), Terror Trips (2021), and Crime Traveler: The Adventures of Dave Slade(2022). In 2025, she co-produced and starred in Horizon, a psychological short film exploring maternal mental health, which is now entering its festival run.

Her play Let’s Play the Game premiered at the New York Theatre Festival in 2025, where it received the award for Best Short Production. She will next be seen as the villain Azalea in the upcoming feature film Intruder, set for release in October 2025. Her new solo play The Game to Play has been officially selected for the United Solo Festival on Broadway—the world’s largest solo theatre festival—and will be presented in November 2025.

Iryna’s work delves into the emotional, metaphysical, and often unseen layers of the human experience—grief, healing, memory, and transformation.
